Let’s examine Vista’s process for making authentic texts comprehensible, turning what may seem like a mountainous interpretive task into a molehill. We’ll explore effective strategies for receptive skills, as well as activities for demonstrating understanding, as students move from input to output, creating interpersonal and presentational communication. Students are engaged in meaningful tasks, building confidence, rich vocabulary, greater proficiency, and cultural connections. Participants will receive an engaging lesson to use with their students.
