Christen Campbell is a French teacher at Chapel Hill High School in North Carolina, and the Lead Teacher for Secondary World languages at her district. She holds a M.A. in French from Middlebury College and is a National Board Certified Teacher. In 2021, she was selected as the Teacher of the Year for the Foreign Language Association of North Carolina. She was a finalist for her district Teacher of the Year and was the 2015 AATF North Carolina Teacher of the Year. She has consulted for College Board, Vista Higher Learning, Barron’s and presents annually at ACTFL’s national convention. She is a contributing author in How We Take Action: Social Justice in K-16 Language Classrooms, as well as other textbooks and materials focusing on French and multicultural teaching.

About Justin Seifts:

Justin Seifts is a National Board Certified Teacher who teaches Spanish in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He was a contributor to Temas 2020 and co-authored the Annotated Answer Key for the new AP Spanish worktext. Justin also works with the College Board as a Table Leader at the annual AP Reading and as an instructor for the AP Daily videos. He is a consultant for the National Math & Science Initiative and has both written content and led many AP Spanish teacher and student workshops. Justin is a former member of the FLANC Advisory Board, his state language association, and is the current president-elect for AATSP-NC. He is a frequent presenter at state and national conferences. Justin graduated from Elon University, having also studied in Mérida and Sevilla, and enjoys leading yearly trips to Spain with students.
